What's going on with us here at PlumRich Beef?  Well, our vision is growing and we hope that you will join us in looking to the future with great expectations!

You may have noticed that we no longer list steak cuts, roasts, and family packs on our website.  After reviewing the comments and suggestions that many of your so graciously provided via online questionaire we have decided to continue selling the Longhorn ground beef that everyone loves, and put a hold on offering cuts.

After much thought and research, we are looking at introducing a new breed for our cuts.  It will continue to be grass fed and finished to provide you with all the nutrition that you are looking for,  but will have a more pleasing taste and mouthfeel that  we desire in steaks and roast. 

As of right now, we do not have a time frame in which cuts will be offered again.  We will send out regular updates via webpage, Facebook, and Twitter, and hope that you'll join us on this journey toward delicious, local beef
