Hans Plum

Hans and his wife Ali live in Edmond Oklahoma along with their two boys, Noah and Luke.  Hans is co-owner of CrossFit 405, and does strength and conditioning for various athletes in Oklahoma from yourth soccer to brazilian jiu-jitsu world champions.  Nutrition became a major topic of study for Hans initially to increase performance of himself and his athletes. That focus quickly changed to that of overall health in April of 2009 when his life was nearly taken by a rare blood infection.  Hans' team of doctors insist optimal nutrition was a key factor in his survival of the infection.

From that moment on, Hans has been passionate about sharing information, and seeing that everyone, regardless of income, can reap the benefits of proper nutrition.  Hans writes and speaks regularly on topics related to nutrition and strength and conditioning.

Bart Richey

 Bart and his wife Jessica reside in Edmond Oklahoma with their two children, daughter Hayden and son Eian. Bart works for his family's commercial construction firm, Richey-Zink and Associates, as shop foreman where he has been for thirteen years. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise and good nutrition. Bart is an active member of Faith Bible Church where he and his family have attended together for eight years. He loves to use his vast array of handyman skills for community and church projects, and is grateful that God has given him many opportunities to use his talents to benefit the world around him.
